"Very happy with this hotel and the visit to London. Excellent location, good sized clean and modern room. Staff were great especially Pale and Maz who had to go above and beyond when we lost an item when switching from one room to another. We arrived earlier than our check-in time and our room was not available. Later, there was a chance to check in slightly earlier but room was on the first floor above reception- went to look at it but that room was not satisfactory so we were moved to another room on a higher floor which was larger and renovated unlike the first floor. In that process, we left an item which we only realized hours later and Pale and Maz were able to retrieve it and were so gracious in doing so. Doorman, bellman and all were lovely throughout the stay."
