"This hotel is like a Victorian house. The rooms are rather small but we only need it for sleeping since we are out all day long. Expedia stated that the room which has 2 twin beds sleeps 3. Thinking that the beds can be combined, I booked it. Evidently the hotel does not move and combine their beds. But, Staff went above and beyond in giving us extra room for the night, then transferred us in a triple room the next day. They even took care of loading our luggages to the room while we were out...

"We had a short break in London for 3 days This establishment is not the ritz and its not advertised as such but what it is, is great value for money. Personal care and service was excellent. Building is a work in progress, the room and shower was spotless. We had a problem with the tv reception but this was sorted promptly. Transport links are excellent with bus stops a few metres from the door and tube stations within 10 mins walk or 5 min bus ride. Would highly recommend a visit "
