The location (train station a stones throw away) or a 5min walk to Shepherd’s Bush station, hotel, cleanliness, everything was amazing couldn’t have picked a better place and would 100% stay in a bob w hotel again. We had a little bit of electrical lighting problem on our last night. But they tried there best to fix the problem. Honestly I would recommend a stay in a Bob W accommodation to anyone! 5⭐️’s"

"This is a basic, but comfortable hotel, in a very nice area of London. Very convenient for travel in to the city. Our room and furniture was a little dated, but clean. A special thank you to the staff (Rohan and Ann) who gave us such a warm welcome and couldn't do enough for us. Rohan even changed our room to ground floor when he could see we might struggle with the stairs. Breakfast is simple (cereal and toast) but sufficient. Would definitely stay here again."
