"We had a delay at check in as our room wasn’t ready. We were offered free non-alcoholic drinks at the bar and also a room upgrade which we chose not to accept as it didn’t suit required number of beds for our family. The staff were super helpful and breakfast in the morning was the best hotel breakfast we’d ever had any of the extensive hotels we have visited, so fresh and piping hot. "

"The location of the hotel was a bit odd, although it was close to the Hammersmith tube station which worked well. It didn’t feel walker friendly as there are lots of roads intersecting near and around the hotel but I managed. Good news is that there is a taxi queue right outside which was convenient.
