"Good hotel in a great area for walking around Hyde park or shopping along Oxford street. Lancaster gate tube station underneath was a real plus too. The prompt room service and tasty food that came with it was also a selling point. Only shortfall we found was the limited options for food choices at breakfast as two individuals with specific dietary requirements. Also cost for breakfast is a little exoensive so food out nearby is probably cheaper; we did this on two days over our stay."

"First time in London and this was a perfect area to stay. Very accessible to public transportation to explore the city, while providing a comfortable, quiet area of rest with many dining options and mini marts within walking distance. Staff was also very helpful with questions about public transportation. I am especially grateful for how accommodating and kind they were when Heathrow had the unexpected shutdown and I had to extend my stay."

"The quality of the cleanliness in the room must be acknowledged - our room was SPOTLESS. Please pass on our feedback to the cleaning team. Our only negative was the very thin walls. Our neighbour seemed to be having a party with their clothes hangers at 11.30pm, besides this we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again. Thank you!"

"Very well run hotel/apts and efficient staff but although clean and comfortable it wasn’t 4 star, more good 3 Star. This is fine but it means they’d have to drop their prices or think about upgrading the rooms a bit. I’d stay there again on a last minute deal anyway as it served my purposes fine. "

"It's a stone's throw from Paddington Station (with underground and bus service to central London and non-stop service to Heathrow) in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and the bathroom was particularly big with copious hot water. I'd avoid the continental breakfast: there's Cafe Panache on the way to Paddington."
