"We enjoyed our stay at the simple, cozy and clean vrbo. The property was just as described, had everything we needed and was clean. It is only big enough for two people. It is close to a beach, shopping and it has a pool. The downside for us was the parking. If you’re lucky and can park next door, it is amazing. We weren’t that lucky every night. Our parking for 8 days was more than our rental car. Ray was amazing and kept in touch with us throughout the stay. We would definitely stay here...

"The parking experience was confusing however when we got into the unit we were pleased with the condition of the unit. We expected a traditional two bedroom unit. We thought the unit was on the beach. The hair dryer should be in the main bathroom and towel bar and toilet dispenser needs to be secured. Thank you for the towels."

"We arrived to find a pleasant 9th floor view of Manatees and Sea Turtles just off the balcony. Night kayaking excursion was just next door. All amenities worked fine and Zesar was prompt and friendly with our questions . Would recommend staying here. "

"What a beautiful stay in the perfect location. The host, Veronica, had incredible communication. She was thoughtful, prepared, responsive, & really cares. I could feel how much love went into the condo. I felt very safe in the space. The neighbors were sweet & you need a key to get through main doors. It’s such a short walk to the beach & right in a prime time location for all the great restaurants & shops. It’s cozy & cute! I will be booking this same place next time I visit PR. "

"Booked this as soon as we landed. I expected a little more for the price. The accommodation wasn’t bad, but very basic and needed a little extra cleaning in the bathroom. They let us check in early, however, not at all flexible with checkout. I requested an extra 30minutes and was denied that, even as an Expedia VIP. Other than that, front desk staff were great, providing wine at check in, ponchos when it rained and a hefty lift of food recommendations. No TVs in bedrooms, which isn’t a must...

"The staff was so friendly and amazing. Our washer broke and they did our laundry for us the communication was perfect and staying in old San Juan was absolutely perfect. Everything was so walkable and accessible I can’t imagine staying somewhere else it was right in the middle of everything and the street of the rentals doesn’t have cars on it so it was so peaceful and quiet. Would highly recommend. "
