I booked a whole home on Green Island with a jacuzzi exactly what it says & I ended up in a 2 flight walk up basic room, the host didn't even speak English or get back in touch with me even though I texted him & told him I didn't speak Spanish. He didn't communicate with me for 3 days since I arrived until I told him that I wanted a full refund!!"

"Our stay in Puerto Rico was absolutely wonderful! Ms. Ingrid was extremely helpful and welcoming!! Our flight arrived in the early morning so we were able to check in early and the process was super easy. The location of the home was approximately 25 minutes from the airport; and the proximity of the home to the freeway made it easier to navigate throughout the island. "The house and location were perfect for our trip. Sammy, the host, was very easy to work with and the property description was very accurate. There was a lot to do in and within a an hour radius of Dorado and it served as a great base when we explored East, West and Central PR. "

"Beautiful property located in the mountains. You don’t need an SUV to get to the location but there are a few steep paved roads you have to pass through to get to the property. The view is amazing and you can see so many stars at night. The only noise you will hear are nature sounds from the different animals in the area. The area is peaceful, quiet, and safe. "Our family of 9 with children 4, 7, and 9 stayed here in February. House is lovely, spacious, tastefully decorated. It has comfortable beds, and a very well stocked kitchen. The pool is large enough for our group, and there are lots of pool toys as well as beach toys for the kids. The location is great, and completely safe with gated entry to community. The most outstanding feature of the rental is the hosts, Daniel and Kiki. Daniel literally answered all calls, texts within minutes."

"House was cozy and comfortable. Easy check-in and very good communication by host. It’s on a dead end so quiet and felt safe. One thing that wasn’t On the listing is that they have a big trailer on the property on the right side of the home so we really didn’t have yard space and it appeared that someone was either living in the trailer or spending lots of time there. Other than that the property matched the listing. We did enjoy our stay and appreciated the flexibility of the host. "

"Excellent place in old San Juan. Loved the property. Only issue was not knowing the hot/cold water is reversed from what we was used to( figured that out just before we left). Walkable to the port for cruises. We was able to walk around old San Juan and the old fort before we boarded. The hotel safely held our luggage so we could explore "
