"Recently stayed here and it was amazing. I would stay here again and again. The hotel was in the most perfect walkable location. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Had a nice surprise waiting in the lobby at check in that many would be pleasantly surprised by. So many restaurants and stores nearby. The pier was in walking distance to get to other areas in Puerto Rico. A few historic sites within 10 minutes walking distance. Rooms were nice and rooftop was nice. I really can't say enough great things about this property. If you are a very light sleeper my only suggestion is to bring something to cancel noise (we listened to sleep sounds) as the streets and sidewalks of Old San Juan are close together."

"The bellman that assisted with our luggage was excellent! He went above and beyond to take care of our transportation issues and assisted with securing a suite for us. The staff is friendly and welcoming in all areas. The bar and restaurant by the pool has excellent food and drinks. The resort itself was calm and relaxing with several amenities to choose from. Highly recommend! "

"Great Location if you want to be in the mix of things, down the street from bars, shopping, eating, sight seeing, bring ear plugs for late night strolls from bar goers and traffic. Loved it."
