"I loved that this was an easy walk to all the shopping and restaurants in Northampton. Having ample parking was also great. We were just a short drive to Amherst and Springfield as well which was convenient. This hotel was a great location. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. "We got moved. The hotel was pet friendly and smelled like wet dog. My parents door was off the hinges and when reported they said thanks, we’ll look into it. My step father had to lift door up each time to leave room. Worse part is they never contacted us that we were being moved to a different hotel. I had called to confirm and had to call several times to find out new location, etc. Will not stay here again. "
