Riva Arun Bangkok
4.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (636)
"The hotel is amazing value for the location, within walking distance of Wat Pho, the Grand Palace and the Rainer Chao Praya River Express boat stop. Their staff are welcoming, friendly, and went the extra mile in serving us, starting with a slice of cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The view at night from the rooftop restaurant over the river of Wat Arun, Wat Pho and the Grand Palace are astounding! We had a Deluxe river-facing room on the 3rd floor with a great view of Wat Arun. The...

Praya Palazzo
4.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (361)
"The property itself is wonderful but does require a little more upkeep in some areas. Some of the cobblestones are a bit wobbly and at night it’s easy to misstep. However, the staff were wonderful and very helpful at all times. A few suggestions would be to have someone working the pool bar, especially when there are people at the pool. Or to have them checking the pool area throughout the day. Also, the ability to get picked up from other piers, especially after the hop on/hop off boats...

"This is a reasonably quiet and comfortable hotel. there are two good pool areas and would be well suited for families. The gym could do with an update, the breakfast was ok for the price. They have a mini-bar and pool bar but neither of them serve alcohol, lots of options just accross the road. "

Old Capital Bike Inn
3.0 star property
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (216)
"The design was very unique and the room was well designed to fit that niche. The staff was very friendly and welcoming with a small snack and drink. They were also able to arrange a drive to the airport, provided some great recommendations for nearby events and food, and the takeaway breakfast was fresh if only a bit small (at least for my athletic appetite) The location had some construction outside, but it was still central in downtown Bangkok and had easy access to public transport with a...
