"The location and general service and quality of the hotel were great. However, the towels and bedsheets are old. They are actually clean, but I believe the hotel needs to update them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend it. "

"The property provides good value for the cost. It is located at the far end of Soi 10 and requires a shuttle which operates constantly (but is first come first serve). However, some guests do not follow protocol and board the shuttle first while others who have been waiting longer are denied boarding until the next shuttle is available. There should be a better system to prevent this from occurring."
