"Good location, easy access to food & transportation. Housekeeping staff is excellent. Shuttle service available to BTS. Overall value for money. However, bad experience with reception staff (Ms Yammy). She was unprofessional throughout the stay. Hospitality is about making the guests feel welcome - Yammy is verbally rude, no smiles & not professional when communicating. I speak fluent Thai so it wasn't communication issues"
