We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We came in at 2 am and our pick up was fast at the airport meeting point. The breakfast was fabulous with to order eggs and very good selection of Thai and western cuisine.

The overall property was nice, amenities in the room was great. The condition of the bathrooms is a littlw outdated and theres some minor mold. I suggested shower with slippers. We were in building 4. Food wise the a 24h cafe next to the hotel and lots of food stalls during the day. Not much attractions around but for 1 or 2 nights i think its good!

Over several weeks I emailed this hotel several times regarding a late check in and shuttle pickup from airport. I never heard from the hotel. I arrived at 1am last night and called the hotel from the airport. No one answered the phone. Being so late and my being exhausted from a 30 hour trip I ended up getting a room at the airport hotel for $150 for the night. Don’t risk reserving a room at this hotel. I will definitely contact Expedia and my credit card company about paying for this reservation.

Property is conveniently located 10 minute drive from the airport, though expect the airport sounds to be somewhat noisy by planes taking off. Facility is clean and organized, though it would have been handy to have an extra key card for the room access, since we were traveling as a family, and cannot get upstairs to our room if the person in the room already has the card. Also guests should be aware that the cost for airport shuttle is 100 baht each way, per room.

We had to go to Bangkok before checking in. The airport agent helped us send our luggage from the airport to the hotel with the hotel van. It was waiting for us at the hotel when we checked in several hours later. Incredible service! I highly recommend this hotel to anybody who needs to stay near the airport!
