"We enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Hyatt place. The staff are friendly, breakfast is satisfying. Except that they do not have pool and the elevator seems to be noisy. Overall, we are still happy with our stay."

"Hotel staff and valet staff were all so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of food items. Only suggestion I could make is to have more than one hand towel and some washcloths in our room. We will definitely be staying here again though on our next trip to Baltimore because of the wonderful staff! "

"It's a 2-star hotel, so you get what you pay for. Mattress wasn't very comfortable for my partner, there's no lotion if you hands or skin is dry, and nothing close to a full length mirror when dressing. That said, the staff a re courteous, the room was clean, and the shower worked fine. For this rate, we'll definitely end up staying again when visiting family nearby."
