I was in Baltimore for a conference and the hotel was walking distance to the convention center. Hotel was perfect for what I needed. I never ate at the restaurant or used any of the facilities. Staff was great and my room was clean.

Winston was very accommodating. Other staff was very kind. We ate at the Yard for breakfast both morning and got the buffet. Audacious was our server, she was nice, but wasn't very attentive, as we had to get our condiments and had dirty plates sitting on our table for longer than normal. My chair in my room has a very pungent smell, other than that, it was fine

Overall very good. Beds not comfortable - overly squishy pillows and mattresses collapsing (need to be replaced, honestly). None of us got a great night’s sleep. Baltimore itself was amazing and we can’t wait to make a return trip.
