"The hotel staff was really nice. Only issue is the front door. There is no bellman at this hotel, and it is makes unloading challenging if you have a lot of things. It's downtown, you have to leave your car go get a cart, blah, blah blah. I did find that annoying checking in and out. "

"Arrived at the hotel to check in. The doors were locked, phones disconnected, and website links broken. Someone from the area walking by informed us that the hotel had apparently closed down. We were left stranded in Baltimore without a place to stay and hand to find friends to stay with at the last minute. Words cannot express how remotely not okay this is. The hotel doesn't even exist anymore supposedly."
