Everything was great, except that we had booked a room with a king bed and were told at check in that the only rooms available were two double beds. This definitely made a difference and we would have booked a different hotel if we had known in advance

Staff were rude and not accommodating in the slightest. Lost my ID on the trip and they refused to check us in despite having digital identification and the card we paid with. After talking to the manager and attempting to transfer our reservation into my wife’s name, they finally “did us a favor” and checked us in using my wife’s ID.
