"I love staying at the Krystal Grand, however there are a few things that I think need attention. The sports bar desperately needs new tables and chairs. And around the pool and by the taco stand there needs to be new tables and chairs. Otherwise, the place is great!"

"Great All-inclusive resort. Top notch service, great food! Second time at a GV. Tried the Riviera Maya prior, and Riviera Nayarit this time. Both great experiences. The resorts are very similar, in the layout of the buildings and the same restaurants. RM is much bigger property compared to RN, but the service and food were top notch at both. The staff at Riviera Nayarit are what makes this resort great. Never waited more than 5 minutes for the pool/beach drink service. And this was Easter week, and the hotel was busy. Same goes for the buffet and other restaurants staff. Will try the one Cabo next."
