Cabin Rentals in Bahía de Banderas

"I loved the set up of the Pools and proximity to the beach (the beach was kept very nice). The restaurants and food were excellent and service was very good. Wonderful location that was looked after by the Staff (clean and tidy). Rooms were very nice and comfortable. The only negative was that people would put their towels out on beach side lounges at night for the next day. They should have someone go around at 6:00 am every day and just remove towels (tell people at Check In that this will happen every morning...). We would get up to go for a walk at 7:00 am every morning and almost every poolside seat was "claimed" every day (which was OK as we preferred sitting just away from the pool anyway). Overall, we had an excellent stay and a very relaxing week. "

"Our stay was fabulous! We enjoyed all 5 days and didn’t want to leave! Every guest that we met had been to the property before and they come back regularly. That’s indicative of a great resort! The only issue we had was that the rainfall shower head didn’t work but there was a second shower head to use. We struggled with the tv but we weren’t too concerned about it since we weren’t in the room much. Overall, it was an amazing time. "

"This is our 2nd time here. We stayed at Royal level which I highly recommend. A few quirks: creamer comes in a glass for room service. No, alcohol delivered to room service. You have to go to the 7th floor bar and they give you plastic cups. Really wish they served food pool side like other Occidental’s. Over all a great resort. "

"It is our first time at the hotel, we made the reservation through hotels.com, we really loved it, they have activities every day during the day and night. L I have some things to emphasize. The food at the buffet should be more hot, it seemed a little cold to me. it would be a good idea for the guests to be given an activity of what the gym will be doing every day. We went to the Michael Jackson show, the sunset beach party and the pool party, all three of them were spectacular. The resort has three a la carte restaurants but we couldn't try them every time we tried to make a reservation as they were full. Some tips: Always check the board by one of the pool to be aware of what activities are going out every day.
