The only reason for a 4 rating was the floor wasn't super clean (the rest was) and it was a particularly hot week late July/early August and we found the apartment very hot and hard to cool down, even with fans. The apartment was very clean and was a good size. We also had a cleaning midway through our stay because it was longer than 7 days which was fantastic.
