"The hotel is beautiful and the staff is top notch. Kenny, at the door, was the best host and helped me get acclimated to the hotel and to the French Quarter. The room, was clean and had a gorgeous balcony. The heat, however, wouldn’t get above 62 degrees the first night. After I called maintenance, it couldn’t get above 68. That was fine for me, but it was weird that it couldn’t work better. "

"This was my first visit to New Orleans so i wasnt quite sure what to expect. Check in was a little crazy but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and the beds were comfy. They have a nice courtyard pool area and coffee bar in the morning. It is easy to walk to most places downtown. Nothing fancy, but still nice enough. "
