The hair dryer could use an upgrade, and there is no iron or steamer available in the room. I called down to the front desk and unless you use laundry service, also not available. Having access to an iron while traveling is important. We were asked if we wanted to add a €25 tip on the bill for the staff when we checked out which we found odd, and uncomfortable. "
