"In general everything was acceptable, staff not rude but not kind either. When booking in this facility make sure your bed is on the floor and not on top like bunk beds which is what happened to my friend. Unfortunately the staff didn’t give us the option for another room and just stated that they were full and that it was the room we had reserved. The staff( front desk lady) didn’t show any sympathy at all and instead she got upset. Unreal but true. My friend was then upset with me and...
