Beautiful apartment located at 10 minutes walking from the Vatican and the center of Trastevere.
Well connected to the historical center by bus lines that you can find just outside the main door.
This apartment has been recently restored, it is on the first floor of a modern building with lift.
tastefully
decorated, the accommodation has elegant white marble floors,
prestigious furniture and tapestries; it is extremely well kept and
offers a welcoming atmosphere with a lot of paintings, artistic object
and family memories.
From the entrance you step into a large and elegant living room with a
double sofa bed and dining area. This room has a small balcony
connected to one of the bedrooms. Following, the fully equipped and
spacious kitchen has also a breakfast table.
The sleeping area features 5 bedrooms. Three bathrooms in total, the third one is in front of the living room.
Each bedroom is beautifully furnished with wardrobes, flower decorations and TV.
The owner is a perfect host and this home is ideal for a big family or a group.
If you wish not to use the sofa bed, on request the owner can add two single beds in the bedrooms.

The apartment is located in an elegant and modern building 600 meters from the Vatican City and St. Peter's, the nearest metro station 300 meters away, and the nearest bus stop right in front of the entrance, which connects 'Chez Nana' with all the most important areas of Rome.
Less than 100 meters from 'Chez Nana' you will find everything you need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, patisserie, bar, supermarkets open 7/7 24 / 24h, newsagents etc ...

The apartment, air conditioned, soundproofed, completely renovated, continues with hot water with an area of 145 square meters, very bright and quiet, is on the first floor with a lift. The advantages of accommodation:
'If you come by car, parking is easy and free. Otherwise you have 2 bus lines in front of the door to go where you want and the Metro station is 300 meters away. However San Pietro, the Vatican and the center of Rome are very close and easily reachable on foot. Do you want to eat at home? The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave oven, quality cutlery and crockery, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, etc. etc.) and the large and elegant dining-living room can comfortably accommodate up to 10-12 people. Do you like to be always updated on everything? You will find a TV in each bedroom and a SKY satellite TV in the living room. Do you need a PC? We have it, it's free and it's connected 24/24. Do you suffer from heat or cold? All rooms are air conditioned. And to ensure peace of mind they are also soundproofed. And now look carefully at all the photos. Are fine? The apartment is even more so. It is very spacious, bright, elegant, very well-kept, with 3 bathrooms with zero risk of running out of hot water thanks to a continuous cycle system, a washer / dryer, a library available to guests, a flowered terrace where you can have breakfast outside.

Great stay for groups!
We loved staying here. We were a group of 9 people and had plenty of space for everyone. The flat had everything you’d need. It helped a lot having digital keys, as we weren’t always together. It is also very close to the Vatican, has shops close by and a bus station right downstairs. The communication with the host was seamless!

Perfect for larger groups
After multiple prior trips to Rome, my wife and I decided to bring our extended family. The apartment is super conveniently located to the bus and the market (and you can always take an uber). Fortunately, the air conditioning worked great. If you are looking for nightlife, this is not the spot but everything else was fantastic.

Although the maximum is five stars, Adriana’s property rates six stars. The accommodations are fabulous, there were extra amenities and the location - close to markets, cafes and attractions is perfect. Our family of 6 people thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend wholeheartedly.

This Host has thought of everything!
The rooms are large (larger than the photos showed) and with 3 bathrooms, we had plenty of personal space. The host was so helpful, gave us perfect recommendations, and best of all, had every little detail accounted for in the extra amenities offered. Plus there was a separate washer and dryer! Close to a bus station which made travel easy. in a quieter neighborhood with stores near by.

Great home for a large group
The home is very clean and has plenty of room for a large group. Conveniently very close to a supermarket and restaurants. About a 25 minute walk to the Vatican. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice, very clean. Adriana was very responsive to all of our questions. Lovely quiet neighborhood with many restaurants nearby and a grocery store. 15 minutes to the Vatican. The space was great for our 7 person group, would highly recommend!

Great place from which to tour Rome.
Very comfortable place in a great location close to restaurants, grocery stores and buses, which took us to the colosseum, St Peter's Square in a few minutes. We especially enjoyed the air conditioning after a long, hot and sweaty day of touring. The only downside is the small showers, but it isn't a deal breaker.

We had a great time in Rome, Rome is a beautiful city and the accommodation was in walking distance of the vatican.The accommodation was great we we were with 9 people in total but it was not crowded. Everybody had his own bedroom and there were 3 bathrooms available. It was very clean and the facilities were more than adequate. In front of the house is a busstop. If we visit Rome again we will surely book this stay again.

The apartment was extremely well organized. Adrianna was an amazing host. She and her daughter provided everything we needed. The apartment is as described and is very safe. The location to the markets/grocery stores were in walking distance. She arranged for transportation to pick us up from the airport and to bring us to the train station on departure day. She responds quickly to any questions and is extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying at her place!

Great neighborhood for local life and easy access to Rome
Great apartment that is in a neighborhood of Romans. Nice little bistro within the block that was a great option for quality casual meals. 20 minute walk to the Vatican, and Adriana the host was always ready to help with cabs or transfers to any location our party of nine wishes to go. It was a great option for our 3 day trip to Rome and we will definitely stay with Adriana when we return!

Great apartment with plenty of room.
Our family of 7 stayed in the apartment and never felt crowded. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and all eat at the table for dinner. There is plenty of dining options nearby as well as a store. I would recommend this apartment.
