"My family of 4 needed a "base" for activities in Orlando. This hotel served those needs. Maingate gave us a place to rest our heads. We did not use the pool but it seemed ok. We used the mini golf course which was fun but seemed rarely used. Breakfast was better/more than expected. Staff were friendly. It is a VERY dated property and could use some upgrading for sure but the price was fair and we were not expecting the latest, up to date, resort style hotel."

"The report was off the main road so quiet and felt very safe. The pools and property were nice and clean. We stayed in the 400 block on the main level. The furniture is a bit dated compared to other rooms we saw in newer buildings. This should be upgraded. On our last day we had ducks come up to our patio and use it as their personal toilet. We couldn’t sit out there afterwards. Luckily we found happy hour by the club house pool so all was not lost! They allowed us to check in early which was nice. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the Reserve rooftop too! Recommend!"

"This hotel is located in a very busy area and has a resort feel to. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hallway looked a little bit worn out. I say it’s like a resort because the charge a few especially as it relates to package delivery. Other than that I had a great time and would stay again. "
