"We stayed here for 4 nights. The listing posts a hot tub and an outdoor seating area. Neither were available. No hand towels in the back bedroom and no kitchen towels or dish soap to clean up after meals. The living room tv and the fireplace didn't work. I reached out asking about the hot tub and the tv and did not get a response. One of the showers had long hair on the drain cover. "The property was as pictured but I only got to enjoy it for one of the two days I booked. Upon arrival, the door code that I was given did not work. While trying to contact the Host, there were no helpful responses to resolve the issue. Eventually, we needed to pay 400 for an hotel room upfront. Although the money was returned by Vrbo, It was still a big inconvenience. "The condo was a 20 min walk to downtown Disney, we enjoyed the ease of getting into and out of the Disney parks! The house was very clean, fresh scented linens and comfortable beds. "We stayed there over thanksgiving weekend and the house was great for 4 adults and 3 kids. the location was perfect to visit Disneyland and also the ocean and very close to John Wayne airport. The home had everything we needed. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but hey, it’s not home. Toilet paper was thin, so we purchased some from the store and there was no washcloths or klenex’s.
