Shout out to Kami the property manager, she was very prompt with all communication. The house was vacant the night before our stay so she allowed us an early check-in. This was our first, but not last group trip to Nashville, and we will not hesitate to rent this property again."

"My four friends and I stayed in this wonderful Franklin home for three nights, to reunite, catch up, and celebrate a birthday. It was ideal in every way. It's exactly as it is pictured, and in addition, we found such charming things to look at in every room during the stay. The place is well-stocked with every imaginable thing you might need. "This house was ideal for our stay in Franklin. We attended a friend's wedding and the venue was literally around the corner. Main street is less than a 2 minute walk and the number of coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops provides something for everyone. The property owner Sue was wonderful. Beautiful, well appointed home ideal for a small group. Would definitely stay again!"
