"What a great mountain home, close to local trails and Calaveras Big Trees! Our kids and grandkids had the entire downstairs to themselves, and our other adult daughter and us (the grandparents) stayed upstairs! Everything we needed for cooking and comfort was provided. Thank you!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in this tranquil, comfortable home. It has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked and the beds are comfy. We loved the view of the trees from the living room. The owners were great to communicate with. We were lucky to catch the fall colors in the area and enjoyed several visits to Big Trees State Park. "Great spot, good ol’ cabin vibe. House worked well. The stairs were a little adventurous for the kiddos. Overall it was exactly what we needed for a break in the mountains. Host was super easy to communicate with throughout."

"All the comforts of home and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio in the morning and evening. We used the BBQ grill, and it was very clean. We highly recommend this place. They do ask that you take off your shoes as you come in so that the carpet doesn’t get dirtied. I recommend bringing a pair of slippers for inside. "

"We booked the cabin for a quick getaway weekend for our family of 3 plus dog (lab). The house was immaculate, well stocked, and had updated appliances. Bonus for gas stove…woo woo. Just the right size for our crew and great location for easy out the door things (swimming,paddling and hiking the Rim Trail.) Close by car to lots of wonderful things. Communication with the host Beverley was excellent! We appreciated the flexible checkin and out. Really nice. Would definitely stay again."

"We did not expect a 2 story condo with 1.5 baths, a kitchen and 2 balconies decks. It was beautiful in the pine trees and you could hear a pin drop. There was a gas bbq and a wonderful indoor pool and jacuzzi. It is an older property that could use some screen doors to open some sliders and a few repairs with kitchen drawers that fell out. We should have brought salt, pepper, foil as we did not bring some of these basics. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would like to return again. "
