"We were here for our daughter's basketball tournament. The location was perfect not more than 20 mins away from anywhere we needed to go. The owner was super easy to work with and very helpful & accommodating. We had a team BBQ at the house and there was plenty of room and things for the kids to do. I will say the condition of the property is not perfect but is completely functional. BBQ worked great, showers are beautiful, but heads need to be cleaned they were quite clogged. "Place was clean and furnished well with plenty of seating/tables for entertaining or accommodating bigger parties. Seasonings, bottled water, and kitchen supplied well with dishes, pots, and pans. House is not a stand alone but it was still very privately maintained and there were no issues with other tenants. pansOwner was responsive and pleasant. "

"This home is situated in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and the kitchen had a full array of appliances and gadgets. The home itself is sparsely decorated but has everything you will need for a stay. When we first arrived I had a problem with the lighting in the two smaller bedrooms. I contacted the owner and his son was at our property within 30 minutes to correct the situation. His son was kind and very professional and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction...
