"This property is beautiful. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. The gardens are full of serenity. The only thing we did not like is the bed. It was uncomfortable and gave me a backache. Loved the restaurant and the food provided. Dinner was outstanding and well worth the price. I would recommend renting a car as getting taxi to get there was really hard even with rideshare apps. We appreciated the shuttle service to explore Florence. "

"We had exceptional service at this stay! The building is jaw dropping and the staff will go above and beyond for you. Our room was so beautiful, I was very sad to go. Consider getting the imperial suite if you book. We loved the spa services and hung out every night by the pool to enjoy the amazing cocktails! "Ideal for quite days in Florence. Staff very quite and welcoming. Breakfast Atmosphere is so silent no music addition throughout my 4 days stay. Power socked was not working and reported to reception but nothing was done. Had to charge appliances in the bathroom. Rooms doors are hollow so you can loudly hear other guests movement. The place has a great potential that could offer better. "
