"The stay itself was lovely. The estate is beautiful with a wonderful garden and grounds. Worth a visit even just for all the amazing pics you can take there! However I personally had issues with some staff who were unfriendly or downright frightening with their angry resentful attitude. "Ideal for quite days in Florence. Staff very quite and welcoming. Breakfast Atmosphere is so silent no music addition throughout my 4 days stay. Power socked was not working and reported to reception but nothing was done. Had to charge appliances in the bathroom. Rooms doors are hollow so you can loudly hear other guests movement. The place has a great potential that could offer better. "
