"This property is beautiful. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. The gardens are full of serenity. The only thing we did not like is the bed. It was uncomfortable and gave me a backache. Loved the restaurant and the food provided. Dinner was outstanding and well worth the price. I would recommend renting a car as getting taxi to get there was really hard even with rideshare apps. We appreciated the shuttle service to explore Florence. "

"Great place to stay close to everything in Florence and clean with easy access. Only negative was a sliding bathroom door with no roller that was extremely loud when opening or closing in the middle of the night. We would stay there again."

"Best location, you can walk everywhere. There’s a parking garage next to the hotel. Staff is kind and helpful. Rooms are large for European standard. Breakfast is delicious. We loved our staying in Lungarno Hotel."
