"We booked this property for a stay in the city while Music Conference was held at UTK. It was a short drive from the campus, and had everything we needed for our stay. Mo, the owner, was always available, and if there was any issues, they would help us out immediately! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet stay near the city. "

"It was a good location for our family. We were close to two other homes of friends we wanted to spend time with during the holidays. There was a very nice park nearby, and plenty of stores and restaurants. The owner even had a Christmas tree there waiting for us! Very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed! Thank you, we enjoyed our time there."

"We (family of 4 plus dog) stopped over on a road trip. The home is comfortable, clean, with thoughtful extras like coffee and games. The neighborhood is very nice and property photos accurate. Other reviewers mentioned an odor, which was present, but not overwhelming or an issue for us. The owner was very friendly, communication was great, and check in was easy. I would stay again and recommend. "

"The home was beautiful. On the water and awesome view of Lake Norris. Surrounding neighborhood (1 mile from lake) not as well off. We did contact management about a very bad smell (seemed like septic smell) coming from the first floor restroom. After a couple days maintenance person came out. Told us issue was fixed and smell would dissipate, but it didn’t. We just got used to it, but noticed it each time we left and came back inside. Hope they’re able to fix this for next renters. "Quiet hours after 11:00 should be in the description. Our event ended late, so we tiptoed around and tried to be quiet. I’m picky and it was clean by my standards. Host was helpful in answering a couple of questions. Mattresses were not very comfortable but for one night it was ok."

"Nice clean property. Great fire pit, open floor plan and easy fishing. We wanted a country area and it was definitely that. Grocery store only five miles away. Longer drive for a good restaurant though. Kids went to Dollywood and said it was a nice drive. If you dont want to pay tourist prices around the ashville area, this place is very nice. toDollywood and said "
