"Very cute house, had a slight stench of cigarettes? Could have been from the previous Vrbo user but overall a great stay"

"Property was very clean inside but there were branches on driveway and vines near sitting area that needed cleaned up. Location was excellent and our stay was good. Some noise from upstairs tenants but nothing out of ordinary for a basement perspective. Rental was decorated beautifully and very clean and spacious enough for 6 guests. We would definitely recommend it to anyone! Thank you!"

"Cute yard. Quiet neighbors. Beds were comfortable. It was hard to watch TV because the wifi was spotty. Previous renters left trash and dirty dishes. The remote downstairs was dead so we were unable to controll the heater. "

"The property was exactly as advertised and well-appointed with everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and responsive. The house is great for two families. The teenagers slept in the sunroom and had their own television and outdoor area. We had a great time and will definitely be back!"

"Good location to UTK. Car dependent but quick drive to everything. Owner was great to deal with and responsive in taking care of a very minor issue with the TV. Easy check in and check out. House was clean. Had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Will use again! Thank you!"

"This location worked out great for us. It's a very pretty, hilly, historic part of town, with lots of dog walkers and flowering trees. And we were running late to a show, but got there and the theater was only 8 minutes away. I liked the generous touches like the free snacks in the kitchen (always helpful). The beds were very comfortable. Maybe add a kleenex box for the people with high allergies (like me :))? But really it was a great stay for us. (Fenced back yard on a hill). "

"Very quiet setting with a beautiful view of the lake. House is spacious and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood (hilly) roads for a good walk. Was able to hold a hour long Zoom meeting without any internet issues. Would book this house again. "

"We visited in the 'off season' (end of March) for water activities so we didn't make use of the water/dock other than to walk out ober the water.The house was roomy and cozy. The upstairs does stay warmer than downstairs so make plans for your warmer folks to stay there! The kitchen was well stocked and great for cooking. The oven was heavenly!! We definitely would visot again because thos was a great experiencee. "

"I was in town for a music festival and really enjoyed being closer to downtown/Old City, a very leisurely 8-10 minutes away. The place was very clean, very comfortable bed and sitting areas. Kitchen was spacious and had everything I needed, including a gas stove which I really appreciated. Nice leafy residential neighborhood that was very quiet and peaceful. "

"Came here for one night and enjoyed this house very much! It’s an old charming home that is well decorated and very clean. I was warned by a couple friends from Knoxville that this was a bad neighborhood - I didn’t get that impression at all. It is just an old neighborhood with smaller homes. Only thing I would suggest more clarity on, is that there’s an “a & b” to this property. "We stayed in March and although our trip was cut short due to a family emergency (manager was very accommodating) we enjoyed our time. The dock and kayak launchers were great. There is a steep-ish incline from the water but we got used to it. The house is in the middle of farm land, closet store about 10mins away. We were the 1st to stay for the season and there were a few housekeeping issues that need to be worked on, but once again the manager was easy to communicate with and offered to fix...
