"We had a wonderful stay at The Yellow Farmhouse! It was perfectly located for the UT football game and everyone had their own room. They had everything you would need for a home away from home stay! The fresh eggs were a plus as I’m a chicken person too 😀"

It’s always I feel a coin toss what you might show up to but even though we thought it might be uncomfortable with the owners on site, it was the total opposite. Derek and Meredith were extremely caring and hospitable. They enhanced our trip with their above & beyond customer service & their local suggestions of things to do just topped off our vacation. "

"Loved the view. Room for all to spread out. Each bedroom with own bathroom plus a half bath on main floor. Loved the garage and fridge on lower level ... And yes, you need to be able to manage steps(which is not a problem unless you have health conditions) secure and safe location. Able to walk around. Plenty of games and kitchen well furnished. Definitely recommend the stay ❤️"
