"We booked this property for a stay in the city while Music Conference was held at UTK. It was a short drive from the campus, and had everything we needed for our stay. Mo, the owner, was always available, and if there was any issues, they would help us out immediately! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet stay near the city. "

"The home was beautiful. On the water and awesome view of Lake Norris. Surrounding neighborhood (1 mile from lake) not as well off. We did contact management about a very bad smell (seemed like septic smell) coming from the first floor restroom. After a couple days maintenance person came out. Told us issue was fixed and smell would dissipate, but it didn’t. We just got used to it, but noticed it each time we left and came back inside. Hope they’re able to fix this for next renters. "This house, the property and the location were perfect for our group. We checked in on a Saturday and stayed until Thursday. The house was very clean. Kitchen is a good size. Property is large. We had a big group and came to ride the trails. The location is very convenient at the head of Ride Royal Blue Trail 13. We had trailers, an RV, a fifth wheel and lots of trucks and SxS OHVs.
