Massive bathroom with great walk-in shower. Beautiful and private outdoor patio, which we didn't use much in December.Located right next to US 129 and Kingston Pike, but still very quiet."

"This Yacht Club Condo never disappoints! The location is great! We have a boat slip at Stardust and this condo is a few steps from it. They literally have everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Our family loves to use the Hot tub in the evenings after dinner and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. "Very Clean. Well equipped for cooking and storing leftovers. I loved the rooftop patio - I only wish I had so many friends in Knoxville! Location was perfect - close the Market Square, close to the River Walk, close to UTK campus. It was quite expensive - but it was a game weekend. There were no sheets for the pull out couch. "Great place - home away from home. It was well provisioned with all the comforts of home. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view was stellar and the fireplace was warm and cozy. Winter visit - very few people around. The serentiy and beauty made for a quiet, realxing vacation for our family. The host, Nancy, was always there for us and never intrusive; very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended, for any time of year."

"Overall, it was a great place to stay. The apartment had some quirks like low ceilings, low shower head, and many corners were not 90 degrees. However, it was clean, everything was nice, and it worked perfectly for what we needed it for. Not to mention the price was good. Since it is only about a 5 minute walk from my son’s house, we will definitely be staying there again."

"Place was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay. We did however have a bit on confusion finding it since it is new I’m guessing our gps didn’t take us there and we have Att which has no service there 😬 luckily we did not drive boat trailer to the place there is not room to park or good place to turn that around. The couple at the marina were very helpful and we figured it all out. We will be back 😊"

It’s always I feel a coin toss what you might show up to but even though we thought it might be uncomfortable with the owners on site, it was the total opposite. Derek and Meredith were extremely caring and hospitable. They enhanced our trip with their above & beyond customer service & their local suggestions of things to do just topped off our vacation. "
