"When I booked, I had no clue the history of the building! I loved the decor throughout the halls and the entry way. The loft is decorated so cute. You have everything that you could need there at your fingertips. The property manager was amazing. He even told us a few close places to visit. So much to do downtown and so close to literally EVERTYTHING!When we go back to the Knoxville area, we will definitely be staying here again. "

"Very Clean. Well equipped for cooking and storing leftovers. I loved the rooftop patio - I only wish I had so many friends in Knoxville! Location was perfect - close the Market Square, close to the River Walk, close to UTK campus. It was quite expensive - but it was a game weekend. There were no sheets for the pull out couch. Thank you!"

"Loved the view. Room for all to spread out. Each bedroom with own bathroom plus a half bath on main floor. Loved the garage and fridge on lower level ... And yes, you need to be able to manage steps(which is not a problem unless you have health conditions) secure and safe location. Able to walk around. Plenty of games and kitchen well furnished. Definitely recommend the stay ❤️"

"Staying here was really nice, it was clean, and within walking distance of most downtown spots. It is next to a railway track, for some that may cause an issue, but i live near one anyway so it didnt bother me. It was mostly quiet, except for a pair of guests who i guess havent stayed in a vrbo before, but i was headed out to dinner so it didnt really impact me very much. You do have to lock doors behind you once you wnter your code to get in, but thats not a big deal. All in all though anytime...

"Overall, it was a great place to stay. The apartment had some quirks like low ceilings, low shower head, and many corners were not 90 degrees. However, it was clean, everything was nice, and it worked perfectly for what we needed it for. Not to mention the price was good. Since it is only about a 5 minute walk from my son’s house, we will definitely be staying there again."

"We enjoyed staying here, but really our biggest complaint was the cleanliness. Dead bugs around the floor, dead flies in window sills, our grandson and his family came to visit a couple times, and the baby was crawling on the floor and got the knees of his pants very dirty. I was disappointed about that"
