"I’ve been coming to Mendocino for 25 years — sometimes with kids, sometimes with my spouse, and sometimes on my own. This is the nicest place I’ve stayed at. I initially booked it for myself, but then my husband decided to join me. I was worried from the pictures that it might be too cramped for 2 people, but that was not at all the case. "There are some inaccuracies in the listing which we pointed out to the host, but it appears after more than a week the listing hasn't been updated. The listing says check in is at 3:00, but didn't received check in instructions until after 5:00. There is an unexpected step down between the main area and the kitchen (which you must go through to get to the bathroom). The building was built on a slab, probably a garage conversion, and sits nearly at ground level. There were numerous earwigs...
