"lovely little place to stay, central location within easy reach of the centre. We checked in on the last day of the Christmas markets which is a great time to visit Bath. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Especially loved the en-suite which had a roomy walk-in shower and heated floor. Could be a bit more eco friendly though, the bar of soap was changed daily, as were the single-use mini bottles of toiletries. "

"The property is beautiful, the staff discreet and attentive and if all the rooms are like ours, well appointed and simply sublime. The location is central and almost perfect. If you have mobility issues (like we do) ensure you request a room directly adjacent the lift, otherwise stairs must be used. "The staff were very friendly. Our double/twin en suit room was modern, spacious and spotless as well as being nicely decorated for Christmas which, was a lovely touch! Breakfast has to be pre-ordered and options were minimal but the full English we had was satisfactory, served quickly and hot.
