This is the first time I’ve stayed there, but will be back. Located right to the centre of Bristol, across the road from the main shopping area, all things were in three minutes of the front door. We did walk to the train station, which was a little further accessible and safe on foot or by Taxi.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and staff very accommodating. Bianca on reception sorted out a problem that we had with the bath, amazing staff and hotel. Was so close to Cabot Circus. Will definitely stay there again.

A very pleasant stay
Staff were very nice and checked that everything was ok on many occasions. They greeted you very nicely and we even had a courtesy call, soon after checking in to make sure everything was ok. Breakfast was lovely, room was friendly, and spacious. The only downside is the seagulls sit on the windowsills but that can't really be helped by the hotel.

Had a fantastic stay. The room was lovely and big, clean and comfy. Every member of staff were friendly, polite and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was brilliant. Staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived. They were all very helpful, very friendly and made our stay that much more enjoyable. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything and more. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Will definatley be staying here again!
