"Really liked this hotel in the heart of Cebu city. Great location near good restaurants, Robinsons supermarket and the entertainment district. Bu really, Mango square doesn't live up to the hype. "To see a person urinating on the side walk 2 block from hotel I was living in, was a bit disturbing to me. I also don’t like roaches.
