I enjoyed my stay here and the staff are amazing. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning is working properly. You get free 2 bottles of water everyday. Prices for food and drinks are almost American prices but you can always stock-up on drinks. You can buy the drinks outside and bring it to the room. You have refrigerator in the room. The food is decent some are very good and some are ok. The restaurant staff especially to Hiroshi, Rachel and Efren made my stay extra special. I would go back there again because of their great service. The grounds are immaculate and infinity pool is so pretty pair it with a beautiful sunset at night. They offer free shuttles to go to Nustar and Ayala/Robinsons. The beach area is a nice place to lay down but I don’t trust the seawater on that side. I saw some fish in there but I never swim. The location is far from Cebu and the traffic can get really bad in the bridge, Mandaue and the main island. So, you have to time on when you want to go somewhere. You can also pay for a day use or eat at nearby hotels if you get bored here. I highly recommend this place and I will go back here next year with my family.

The infinity swimmimg pool is awesome! The breakfast buffet was amazingly good. Our 2 year old son loved the bear at breakfast time. In our room, when you use the shower, water seeps out from under the door and gets the whole bathroom floor wet. This can be fixed by installing some type of seal on the inside of the shower door. Also, water seeps under the wall to toilet when using shower. Caulking need to be installed there to prevent it. Also, I wish there were 2 double beds instead of twins. That's not really wide enough to sleep with your spouse. Overall we had a GREAT time and our short time there was one of the most wonderful times of our entire vacation! Nice that you could eat a variety of foods at same location without having to get a taxi to go somewhere else.

We had a truly fantastic experience at Dusit Thani from the moment we first arrived. Miss Cecile ensured we had the room we were most satisfied with and we had the most wonderful stay. The best part is the amazing staff who made us feel completely welcome including Meryl, Nikki, James, and so many more. The staff ensured our whole family including a 5 year old child was fully entertained and all our needs were met! Thanks Dusit Thani we look forward to visiting again

I booked two rooms for 2 nights. After checking in the other room, the bathroom glass door was dirty. The trash bin doesn't have bags. My nephew also noticed a blood stain under his bed sheet. My complaint is your housekeeping. My nephew entered his room a bit late and was exhausted. He went to bed immediately and the morning after he woke up feeling itchy. After investigating there was a dried blood stain under the sheets and it smelled. It looked like it was there for 2 days already. My nephew was the only one who laid on it. Do you change sheets after guest checked in the room? Or do you change sheets after guest checked out the room? This is very horrible! The manager whom we spoke to didn't know how to handle the complaint, she has shown no empathy at all. Other issues raised were there's no door in the bathroom at the poolside, no soap, the shower room inside our room and unfriendly staff. These all are not reflective of the supposedly 5-star brand that is Dusit! This whole experience is totally not worth the money we paid for. If there's a saving grace, it's only the food which we enjoyed.

As with any Philippine resort, the hospitality of the staff is always top notch! The property was well maintained, the beach was regularly "cleaned", and the dining options were great. I didn't even leave the resort for two days, just stayed in the whole time. My only one complaint - I am very particular about my coffee. The in room coffee provided is instant 3in1 type which is gross. I expected a Nespresso machine in the room, like the Conrad in Makati.
