At first, the room that we booked is so small & tight for us because we have a lot of luggages. So we decided to change our room and they gave us the room in front of the pool so we have an easy access to the pool & we enjoyed our jacuzzi. The room is spacious & nice. The staff are very accommodating & friendly.

For the price this was a great find. The airport shuttle picked us up right from the gate and dropped us back off at 2am. They upgraded us to the back more quiet building near the pool which was newly redone. The staff was very nice. Perfect for a short stay in Cebu. Bar/cafe seemed nice out front and there are some bougie outlet stores just a block away.

Wanted to give a special thanks to Al Pollina and the staff. Our bags were delayed at the airport and they went out of their way to help us get them back despite the bad service from the staff at the airport. I would choose Eloisa over other hotels in the area as the service and location worked out better for my wife and I.

I love that theres a walking distance outletmall in there and SM city everything us rhere. They had a swimming pool. Staff are really nice and polite. Our stay in there is awesome!

We liked the privacy having the breakfast buffet inside the property. Our room was located at the irregularly shaped corner that felt crammed. Overall, we had a restful stay the night prior to our long and hectic travel. And the location is convenient to nearby stores for last minute pasalubong shopping!
