Room so dirty. Bathroom is not working. Cabinet sink is not working. I would suggested not to offer this place to anyone in America. So embarrassing seeing place so dirty.

We stay for short time. Hotel staff very friendly, helpfull. Room is clean, comfortable. Tea, coffee in room. Toiletress awailable. Restaurant and food perfect. We had excursion to Bohol and not explore much Cebu. Cant say about hotel area. Just can say is not far Mall, there we go to eat first day we arrive.

Nice from the outside view,poor condition inside.
The hallway aircon is off,it feels so ovenly hot everytime we passed by going to our room.the lock of the window in our room is not working well if we want fresh air in the morning.they turned off the aircon at the reception area at night.what is nice about the hotel, is their staff who are friendly,courteous and helpful.
