I love the hotel it’s close the restaurant and coffee shop, accessible of jeepneys to Ayala Mall. It’s hard to obtain the hot water . Wi-fi and breakfast food are great if your Filipino… the downside id that the front desk nameJai asked me upfront P8k for my 4 night stay plus 1k refundable upon check out.. my concern why they asked me to paid the 8k pesos since I booked at Expedia and it charge to my Visa already.. the front desk told don’t worry they will void the Expedia.. I replied to her “ I don’t think the Expedia will void my payment since I booked they Expedia.”... I think I was SCAMMED with front desk and the sure stay western hotel..

This is a good budget option in the middle of the city. Nice breakfast options every morning and responsive staff. We had a minor problem with bathroom plumbing and they were quick to accommodate us with a room change. A busy street out front so the lower floors are a little noisy. Overall good value.
