"A wonderful stay, albeit only one night, that was everything we were hoping for and more. From the warm welcome to the large comfortable room, it really was fantastic. We ended up staying for dinner (nowhere else local as far as we could see) but we're so glad we did. "Had a lovely meal in the pub and the staff were super helpful and kind. Our booking seemed to have come through very late so the room and especially the bathroom were quite cold when we arrived. But the room had warmed up after we’d had dinner. Did a great and varied walk up along the tops then down into Great Malvern and back along bridleways so it was really well located for that. Dog friendly too."

"I could not check-in using the electronic link I was sent. The check-in staff were very good, but there was a long wait at the bar on Saturday evening as there was no one staffing it, when he did arrive there were no apologies given.
