"This is as close to a home away from home as it gets from a bnb. It's clear that the owner uses this house on occasion because it is so comfortable, well decorated, and perfectly clean. There are also amenities around the house. The owner is nice and accomodatinf. I would stay here again!"

" We had a little difficulty finding and checking in to the property in the dark, but Jacky quickly answered our call and helped us through the process. There is no heat in the main living area but the heaters in the bedrooms were very efficient and helpful there. A few more amenities would have been appreciated (paper towels, Kleenex, etc.) We weren’t able to locate any check-out instructions, so we’re hoping there weren’t any. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the property!!!"

Honestly, I think that is really important and helpful - that the owner was willing to communicate and help with guidance to access the unit. Which turned out to be very simple! "This little gem is a perfect two bedroom in LA -- clean and a simple walk to Whole Foods, drug store and restaurants. We loved it! Very quiet and secluded feeling, and the hosts were fantastic to communicate with and responsive to questions about early check in and late check out. Loved it. Five stars."

"Unfortunately I did not get to stay at this property. The owner changed me to another location on the day of arrival stating that previous renter had COVID. The second property was not of the same quality/caliber and the owner would not refund the difference from the original home to the room I was provided which is priced at a lesser rate."

"The property is well-taken care of and in a very nice neighborhood. Very safe and conveniently located. The host was extremely responsive. The only drawback was that it was cramped for six people. We needed the spare air mattresses to sleep everyone moderately comfortably. The check-in information was a little confusing. Bathroom quite small and lacks countertop space."

"Absolutely perfect for what we needed. Lovely neighbourhood. Easy to walk to some great restaurants. Quiet property tucked behind a home. "The place itself was beautiful. Our family felt safe and welcomed. There was plenty of space and it was very clean. I will say that I was very disappointed in the pool. We did a two day trip and requested the pool to be heated beforehand. We arrived and the pool was freezing. It did not heat until the following evening, the night before we had to leave. Our family looked forward to using the pool. Other than that, we were happy. Just a bit unsatisfied. "

"Two noncohabitating adults and four teens was plenty - sleeping 10-12 would be very "cosy"Pool child alarm - annoying. Needs OFF - not just intermittent bypass. Neighbors must hate it. Ear piercing!"

This is the house you'll be staying in. Build in 1905 but with modern amenities.
