"Large suite and very relaxing atmosphere "

"This is a beautiful and first-rate hotel. I'm baffled by reviews here complaining of poor maintenance, as we found everything in perfect repair and spotlessly clean. Our room was wonderful. My only disappointment was that the jacuzzi wasn't hot enough to really be therapeutic. The steam room was a great amenity. The breakfast buffet was extensive, e.g., 7 different kinds of good Potugese cheeses, and we thought our dinner in the restaurant was quite good. If the price fits your budget, this is a...

"Just on the border of town center. Close to bus station and train station. 10 min walk from bus station. We stayed in a suite with separate living and sleeping areas. very spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to historic town center - 5 min walk. And a great breakfast with all sorts of things. Well worth staying there. "

"As we are driving, the Pousada was challenging to find. Once found, the front desk staff were amazing. Sorry to say, but the dinner meal was very overcooked & I couldn’t eat it."
