"Stayed here many times before. This time the front desk clerk was rude and I told her I didn't appreciate it. The tv and phone didn't work, maintenance never showed,bugs and clump of dark hair in the bathroom (We both have white hair), pool not open, and ice machine didn't work. Won't be staying here again. I heard it's under new management and it's a shame."

"The facility was being remodeled and ours was one of the last rooms waiting to be remodeled. The hotel was nearly empty at this point. Everything was a mess throughout the property. One night the fire alarm went off just as we were falling asleep. It turns out it was set off because of dust on the top floor. We waited outside for half an hour until the alarm was shut off. There was no hairdryer in the room so had to ask for one at the front desk. "

"This is a large home in Ahwatukee. The outside area is beautiful and peaceful. The landscaping needs a little touch up as things are a bit overgrown, but still, this is a paradise. You will see hummingbirds, butterflies, lizards, etc., outside and on the rock wall. The home is comfy and was very clean on arrival. People need to remember that this home is a short-term rental so yes there is some wear and tear. Fridge needs to be replaced or fixed. As mentioned by others the doors do not stay...
