"The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. Every tree has been trimmed perfectly and the flowers are fresh and beautifully kept. The swimming pools are clean and perfectly maintained. The golf course is above average but some areas of the turf have been sprayed green. The course is sadly surrounded by some neighborhoods that back right onto the course and some of them are in disrepair and have trash in the yards, (one had a toilet). "The room was magnificent. It's a beautiful 40 acre property in Scottsdale. Everything was exceptional except a major issue with the cable tv service. Instead of paying $16 to watch a ppv movie, we tried to access the apps and watch our own. However, this property does not manage their own tv services. It's done by Cox. We were told by an employee that this has become a nightmare because all they can do is reboot the tv. We were told we had to contact Cox and that entire process was futile as nothing was fixed and the property did nothing to try and make this right."
