"The property and the room itself were very clean. The check-in process was easy and the staff was very friendly! The only complaint we had was the noise outside. It is not a very quiet area and we heard so much noise throughout the night."

"The facility was being remodeled and ours was one of the last rooms waiting to be remodeled. The hotel was nearly empty at this point. Everything was a mess throughout the property. One night the fire alarm went off just as we were falling asleep. It turns out it was set off because of dust on the top floor. We waited outside for half an hour until the alarm was shut off. There was no hairdryer in the room so had to ask for one at the front desk. "

"The lobby is only open until 7 PM, so don't miss that detail. The room has no ice trays, no coffee maker, no silverware, no plates, no pots, and no pans. I was just shocked no coffee maker at a minimum as most hotels have that available in the room. The staff is very nice. "

"Stayed here many times before. This time the front desk clerk was rude and I told her I didn't appreciate it. The tv and phone didn't work, maintenance never showed,bugs and clump of dark hair in the bathroom (We both have white hair), pool not open, and ice machine didn't work. Won't be staying here again. I heard it's under new management and it's a shame."
