"The studios are very cool. There is an electric burner, blender, and other kitchen appliances to make food. The space is a good size for a family with two queen size beds in each studio. "I have traveled in many countries and slept in numerous hostels around the world and this is one of my all time favourites. The owner is absolutely amazing and super helpful. "Alexandra is an amazing host. She was very accommodating, warm and helpful. She even brought us bread and pinto gallo in the morning. LIttle Paradise is well situated and all the major sights (La Fortuna, Arenal Volcano, Monteverde) are at most an hour drive away. The property is scenic and vast, with a beautiful view of the lake. "The villa has a great view of the lake and is extremely quiet. It’s secluded but still close to the main road and we felt like it was a safe area The directions provided by the owner are good but it is hard to find at night. The furniture, bedding and amenities are pretty old but we were not expecting 5 star. We loved Nuevo Arenal compared to the very touristy La Fortuna but there are of course more activities there.
